Reflective GlowTie™ Safety Dog Collar

The GlowTie™ Safety Collar by FotoLum™ is manufactured from the G-40 series photo luminescent vinyl sewn onto a black band with Velcro® attachment. 3M™ glass beads are used in the silver tread-plate reflective overlay. The collar will charge in any natural or artificial light source and will glow throughout the night helping to prevent pet related falls. The reflective overlay produces a bright white flash to automobile headlights attracting the driver's attention.
