The GlowTie™ 3-Way Collar by FotoLum™ is manufactured from the G-40 series photo luminescent vinyl sewn onto a fluorescent orange collar with a standard buckle. 3M™ Scotchlite™ fluorescent orange reflective overlay is applied to the photo luminescent vinyl. The reflective overlay is available in a Dash Pattern, Paw Print Pattern or Custom Text. The collar will charge in any natural or artificial light source and will glow throughout the night helping to prevent pet related falls. The reflective overlay produces a bright white flash to automobile headlights attracting the driver's attention.
